Char-Broil's Big Easy is a CSA certified oil less turkey fryer that can cook up to a 16 pound turkey using natural infrared heat without the mess and safety issues associated with oil-based fryers.

The Big Easy - which weighs 36 pounds - operates on a standard 20 pound propane tank and has a specially designed burner between the outer and inner wall. The heated inner wall radiates natural infrared heat that penetrates food evenly and seals the juices inside.
